Among the many topics coming up in professional conversations these days is a desire to strengthen the learning culture in our organizations. Angélica Osorio Castillo's curator insight, March 1, 2020 5:00 PM
We are surrounded by culture. The culture is the environment, and also the culture emerges from the environment. When we are in contact with so many people while learning or working, we are aware that every people has its culture, and that is why it becomes very important to cultivate the desire to learn about other cultures. We are formed in the values we espouse, the beliefs we carry, the actions we take, and the stories we tell, and it is a significant aspect of our lives. If we think that our culture is important, we need to consider other cultures important, and we need to respect them. Learning starts at home and in a world where we are surrounded by culture, the respect and the disposition to hear and learn about others is important.
Felipe Arias's curator insight, March 14, 2020 7:58 PM
Sometimes people do not realize that culture is always changing, and some cultures do not allow people to freely learn. It is our goal to change that mindset which do not let us to move on in our learning process. We must cultivate a learning culture where all may innovate with impressive ideas together.
