YouTube has made available a new "slow-motion" feature that can be used on your clips uploaded to YouTube. By going to the YouTube Enhancements facility or the YouTube Editor, you now have the option to slow down the pace of your clip by 12.5, 25 or 50 percent of ts original speed.
