If you are a YouTube Video Partner you can easily add a link, from within any of your video clips, to your preferred website page. You do not need any special software or plugin to do this, as this feature is now officially part of the YouTube offerings to their "partners" (if you are not one yet, apply here: http://www.youtube.com/yt/partners/).
